This photo was taken in 1944 when my grandparents first began dating. My grandfather always tells us a story that happened before they dated. He was a couple years older than my grandmother. One afternoon she was in her yard wearing her majorette boots. My grandfather called out the school bus window to her saying,"Look at them bird legs!!!" It was not soon after that that he met her on the school bus and they began dating.Wednesday, November 05, 2008
Happy Anniversary
Today my grandparents, L.C. and Peggy Clark, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary! What a wonderful milestone it is! I am so thankful for the loving example of marriage that these two have set for our family. We are celebrating this weekend with the family.
