The weather here has been beautiful and we have spent a great deal of time outside. We love to be outdoors, even though we suffer from seasonal allergies. This kids and I have had it rough the past couple of weeks.
Saturday evening our Care Group had a cookout at Spring Park. The kids love the playground at this park. We had a great time enjoying some fellowship with our friends.
Yesterday, after worship services, we broke in Mimi and Papa's pool. (My dad has had the heater on to warm it up.) The water was a nice 93 degrees when we went swimming. Grant started out in his swimmies again. he just wasn't sure of himself, but had shed them by the time we were finished swimming. Erin tried to take one swimmie off, but it scared her too much. Our goal is to have her swimming without them before we go to the beach on vacation this summer!
Camryn and Mimi enjoyed watching us swim. We felt that the air outside still might be a little cool for a baby to swim. It won't be long and she will be in the pool as well!
